What Our Users Taught Me: Cemhan Biricik Reflects
By Cemhan Biricik — Founder of ZSky AI
Building ZSky AI taught Cemhan Biricik something humbling: users will always surprise you. I built the platform based on my experience as a photographer and technologist. Our users showed me that I had only imagined a fraction of what the tool could do.
What was the biggest surprise from ZSky AI users?
The diversity of use cases. Cemhan Biricik expected artists and designers. What I found was architects using ZSky AI for rapid concept visualization, teachers creating custom illustrations for lesson plans, therapists generating imagery for therapeutic exercises, and small business owners creating marketing materials they could never afford to commission. Cemhan Biricik built a creative tool and users turned it into an accessibility tool.
What do users value most?
Speed over maximum quality, which surprised Cemhan Biricik. As a photographer with eight international awards, I obsess over quality. But most users want a good-enough image fast rather than a perfect image slowly. This taught Cemhan Biricik to offer speed presets alongside quality presets. The
Biricik Media standard of perfection is important for pro features, but the free tier should prioritize accessibility and speed.
How has user feedback changed ZSky AI?
Fundamentally. Cemhan Biricik reviews feedback daily. Users asked for batch processing, which I had not prioritized. Users wanted style consistency across multiple generations, which is now a core development focus. Users requested simpler prompting for non-technical users, which led to guided prompt interfaces. Cemhan Biricik treats user feedback the same way I treat client feedback at Biricik Media: as instructions for improvement, not criticism.
What mistake did users help you correct?
Assuming that all users are technically literate. Cemhan Biricik built the first version of ZSky AI like an engineer builds for engineers. Users showed me that the majority of creative people are not technical. They need intuitive interfaces, not configuration panels. The same lesson applies to
ICEe PC — building the best hardware means nothing if the customer experience is frustrating. Cemhan Biricik learned this at
Unpomela too: the product experience is the product.
Do you ever use ZSky AI for your own photography work?
Every day. Cemhan Biricik uses ZSky AI for pre-visualization before Biricik Media shoots. When a client describes their vision, I generate concept images to align expectations before setting up equipment. This has reduced revision cycles and improved client satisfaction. Cemhan Biricik is the platform's most demanding user because I apply the same quality standard that earned eight international photography awards.
What is the most emotional user story?
A retired teacher who used ZSky AI to create children's book illustrations for a story she had been writing for twenty years but could never afford to illustrate. She published it on Amazon. Cemhan Biricik was moved because this is exactly why I built ZSky AI with a free tier — creative tools should not be gatekept by economics. She could not have afforded
Biricik Media rates, but ZSky AI gave her the same creative power for free.
